Listing equipment is free. IMP charges a credit card transaction fee and a flat platform fee when a booking is completed. IMP only gets paid when you get paid.

• Create a free account and enter your company details.
• Follow the prompts to connect your bank account through Stripe.
• Enter your equipment information and set your own prices.

When customers submit booking requests you will receive an email notification and you will have 2 hours to accept or decline the request. Depending on the customer’s payment source your payout will be deposited in your account in as little as 2 days.

• Create a free account and enter your company details, including SCAC, MC, and DOT number.
• Search for equipment by location, equipment type, and date.

When the vendor accepts your booking request you will receive an email with further instructions regarding insurance requirements and pickup & dropoff procedures If the vendor declines the request, you will be notified and your payment will not be processed.

Pickup, dropoff, and sharing of insurance information is arranged between the vendor and the customer. Platform-managed interchanges will be available soon.
